Hello, I am Michelle Hargis, owner and operator of Car Masters. I was born and raised in Lexington, KY and have been employed in the automotive industry for the past 15 years. I am both excited and honored to be serving the community in which I was raised. I invite you in to my service facility to meet my co-workers or "my Family" as I refer to them. I can honestly say I am proud of my team and the attitude we take with each and every customer.
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal and we promise to do all that we can to exceed your expectations. The technicians are not on commission base pay and will only recommend what is needed. We encourage you to ask questions and keep asking until you feel comfortable. Car repairs can be a frustrating experience if you are in the wrong place. We consider it our job to change that for you and give you a positive experience in which you can tell your friends about.
Tim Morris, Service Advisor/ASE Parts Specialist, lives in Versailles with his family. Tim has been in the business for over 15 years and enjoys working with the customers and educating them on all the needs of their vehicles.
Tom Wilburn, ASE Master Certified Technician, working in the business for over 25 years. Tom Lives in Nicholasville with his family and enjoys the ever changing technology. Bring it to Tom and he can fix it!
Kenny Cox, Technician, has been working on vehicles "ever since he can remember." He enjoys just being under the hood and continuing his education.
